The target audience consisted of homeowners who had recently experienced weather-related roof damage in the USA. They participated in online interviews to explore the relevance and potential benefits of various insurance offerings to homeowners in the moment. 

Our approach:

The challenge was finding people who had experienced recent roof damage and engaging them in market research - when, understandably, their priority at that point in time was roof repairs! We engaged roof repair contractors in areas experiencing recent storms. They networked on our behalf, connecting us directly with affected homeowners while also verifying the roof damage.

We were able to recruit n = 12 within 10 days of launching networking.
